Ingredients
- white daikon radishes
- ginger root
- currant leaves
- brine
Directions
- Peel and slice ginger root into thin slices place in mason jar
- Slice radishes. Chop larger slices into pieces. Add to jar.
- Place currant leaves on top of daikons.
- Place ferment weight on top of leaves
- Cover with brine and seal.
