Directions

  1. Peel and slice ginger root into thin slices place in mason jar
  2. Slice radishes. Chop larger slices into pieces. Add to jar.
  3. Place currant leaves on top of daikons.
  4. Place ferment weight on top of leaves
  5. Cover with brine and seal.
